Been cleaning carpets & upholstery at Parliament for 12 years but have an annual security & counter terrorism check. Been told I could not do job in empty school once, as I had no CRB/DBS checks but it appears this one trumps that

I used to work at fort halsted Near Sevenoaks, was not allowed to walk anywhere on own for 3 months until my clearance came in, was a very thorough check or so I was told.
