Solution World of Clean
What makes the Oscillating Pad Machine Different?

The key to machines success is a patent pending devise that lifts and cleans the carpet fibers. This combined with a the revolutionary M-Power cleaning solution, a cleaning pad and the machine’s unique smooth oscillating motion gives it unsurpassed cleaning ability.

The Machine is very easy to use and maneuver offering immediate results and the all the benefits of low moisture cleaning, with carpets dry in minutes, harmful chemicals are not required , no long hoses running through the area being cleaned, it runs so smoothly and quietly that it won’t disturb a sleeping baby.

Many operators offer the Challenger System as their premium service at a price considerably higher than the same work done with HWE. They like it because there are no hoses to drag up flights of stairs in high rise apartments; there is no contaminated waste water to dispose of and no freeze damage to the system in the winter.

It features two movements; first a random orbit is created, allowing the pad to clean all sides of the carpet fibers while also utilizing a freewheeling revolution, similar to an orbital car polisher.

Nick,

What's coming next?, having used the Challanger System today for first time and finding it pretty amazing, and even easier to use than a rotary, the machine performed way better than expected.

Give me time to draw breath before the next innovation

Seriously though, first impressions of machine were superb, next big test comes tomorrow, it goes up against Charly Pads and another l/m system, now that should be interesting!!

Place your bets gentlemen please.

Hi Mark,

Used the same pads that came with the machine, very very easy and quick to interchange, nice part about them is they are much easier to centre on the machine due to slight overhang of the pad. Pads are a round terry towelling type material, put them through washer on getting home, cleaned up really well and look as though they will have a fair amount of mileage in them. I will have a better idea tomorrow lots of classrooms and corridors to do, will be a good test for it.

Hi all,

Keeping things brief,
Challanger seems a superb bit of machinery, for several reasons.

1: Much lighter and easier to use.
2: Quicker even than C/pads.
3: Faster drying times.
4: Less fatigue.
5: Gets right into corners and edges, also due to motor profile gets easily under desks etc.

A hard call to make about final finish of carpet, was very very close between the 2 systems, overall would have to say due to Challangers ease of use and faster drying time it would be my first choice to use, but I won't be getting rid of C/pads, both systems really complement each other.

The other machine, well someone didn't want to get that out of the van to do a comparison for some reason, can't think why not.

Alan,

A glide is basicaly a low-friction plate that masks part of whatever cleaning pad you are using and in doing so alters the relationship between pad and carpet. It is a way of fine-tuning the process and can greatly effect the ease of use.
