Hi Amy

Great jobs.

I really enjoy cleaning ovens. Instant gratification and happy customers.

Out of interest, what are you using in your dip tank at present?

Cheers

I'm with you.

Bio just doesn't get it done for me either and as for the bio booster, complete wast of money imo.

Great shots on the website Neil.

Was doing a carpet job for a new customer today when they mentioned that they'd recently had the cooker cleaned but didn't think the job was great.

Roof not done at all, sides still had traces of caustic, controls had grease behind them and the oven smoked and smelled terrible for 2 hours when she first used it.

Took the guy 4 hours and he charged £80 for a single oven with ceramic top!

Where's the satisfaction in doing a job like that?

When I was considering adding ovens and researched it, one of the reasons I decided against it was that I came across Neil's website and thought sod that, leave it to the experts.
Great pics Neil mate

Hahaha, that made me chuckle, Steve. No offense meant here my friend but, I am glad you decided against it as you seem like a hard working guy .

Pity you didn't know who it was, Michael. Looks from what you said like he is guilty of one, if not all of the following: 1) cutting corners 2) he didn't know what he was doing 3) he has poor attention to detail.

Oh, and charged over the odds too!

I didn't even bother asking.

He won't be getting this customers work again and the main thing from my point of view is that I do it right. And from the pics posted you're all of the same viewpoint.

Right.....views on diptanks please. Gas or electric and your reasons for choosing?

I've had gas but I'm moving to electric. Good move or not?

Would value your opinions.

46 single
65 double
70 cooker
85 -115 range
115 aga
15- 25 hob
15- 25 extractor
5 bulb
10 oven liner

2-3 wk lead time.

Anyone charging 25 needs to value what they do so much more.
