Have used apc and XR pads very effectively on green and black as well nicotine stained UPVC and on my own house for fascia/windows,a small hand rotary and some abrasive cleaner for rust from pipe leakage and a very badly stained frame where my shrubs were, used my floormac when the batteries ran out on some ledges but you look a bit strange so not recommended. STS worked wonders on my parents conservatory roof with a dwell brush and rinse and it was minging.
