Risk Assessment & Method Statement (RAMS). Does anyone have one that I can scrounge please?

I have a contract starting Saturday and the client (who has never asked in the last twenty years!) has asked for one. I cannot find mine anywhere on my hard drive.

Can anyone help out please?
