I’m going on the tilemaster course in a couple of weeks, what would you say is the main driver of enquiries for hard floor cleaning for yourself? (AdWords/word of mouth/existing customers etc)

I don’t advertise for it. Just from jobs which I go to clean carpets and a bit of free Fb advertising.

You will love the course. My advice, buy a rotary even if it’s a bit more £. This job with the tilemaster machine would of taken at least 6-7 hours.

Even though I agree with you I do feel that not everyone wants EVERYBODY to learn.......
To be fair there is nothing wrong with that......survival of the fittest.
Ps. I do hope that I will not get into trouble saying this.

Did you use a grout brush on grout joints? How many of you did this?

There was no need for the grout Brush.

Do you find the winnex more effective than a pad on the Atom?
I used mine once and it sort of glided on top not making much contact because of the stiffness of the bristles

The one which I have is used so I didn't experience any floating. I also have the Bimack dexter which is different to a atom.

I also tried with a pad and I was getting better and quicker results with the winnex.

If your brush is new, maybe try running it on wet concrete for 5 min to wear them oit a bit.
