After-Build Cleans Pricing - Big Construction Job

New Cleantalker
Hi all, thank you for reading my first post. I have a question regarding after-build cleans (sparkle cleans). I have been asked to price up a big construction project. Its a student accommodation new build site. 244 bedrooms with ensuites, 46 kitchens, 8 studios.

What area would people look at pricing this in? 30k? roughly

I know it depends on the sizes of the room and other stuff. But I just wanted to get a rough area these types of jobs are priced at.

Thank you in advance !

Make sure you agree a certain level of weekly or progress based payment (invoice paid every 10 rooms Etc...) Property developers/student housing, you are swimming with sharks. Has a similar job 2 years ago but because i have been in the game awhile i had a mate do me a set of keys for each door in the property and duplicate master keys, cost me a couple hundred pounds but that was a bargain when they decided to ignore me and not pay. the developer went crazy and threatend my life but after a couple of days paid the invoice.
Found out later he refused to pay the kitchen fitters as he was "not satisfied with the quality of work" and put him out of business.
Invoice every week for work completed, you may find they had never had any intention of paying for the work

Hi all

W've been asked to price something similar, refurb on blocks of student accommodation, 124 units, they're having new floor coverings, some electrical painting and minor repairs. We've done quite a bit of post construction stuff, but mostly single units, nothing on this scale, and I think we've been a little too cheap in the past, anyone want yo suggest a rough cost per metre or unit?

We'd really appreciate any input
Thanks in advance
Jason
