your rug is made by Afghan weavers residing either in Afghanistan or Pakistan. The rug is known as Chubi by the trade or Afghan Ziegler.
Ziegler was Swiss who set up weaving workshops in Mahal in Persia around 1880. The Afghans sort of copy those designs.

Sorry, I have no idea what these sell for. They are the latest trend where they take semi old rugs and bleach all the colour out of them. I think they're awful so have never got involved with them.

This is an Afghan Chobi also known as an Afghan Ziegler. They’re still made today, new you’d pay around £3-400 per square metre for a good quality one.

This is a Persian Qashgai rug 20-30 years old.
they are good commercial quality rugs and antique examples are very collectible.
Retail value is around £350 per square metre.
