Quartz worktop cleaning

Hi all
Looking for some advice on cleaning quartz kitchen countertops. I want to make sure I’m using the right products and methods to keep them looking their best without causing any damage.
A few questions:
• What’s the safest day-to-day cleaner to use?
• Are there any products or ingredients I should avoid (e.g. bleach, vinegar, harsh abrasives)?
• Any tips for tackling stubborn stains and re introducing that glow and shine.
• Do you seal quartz, or is that not necessary?
Any recommendations — products, homemade solutions, or general tips — would be really appreciated. Thanks in advance!
