Hey Guys, Can I ask for your help and advice please. I am looking to offer residential cleaning with the carpet and upholstery cleaning and I am looking to offer it to Landlords/Tenants and Letting agents. I am doing quite a bit with Letting Agents/Landlords at the minute but I want to put a total package together.
Things I would like help and advice with are products to use when cleaning houses and where best to get them, ideally I am looking for health sensitive/green products to work with. Imagine you were an asthma or allergy sufferer and a cleaner came to you but you didnt want them to use products that made you feel worse that before they came, thats the angle im getting at. I have a fair idea of the process of cleaning a house but your advice would be helpful there too, Please feel free to offer any advice that you think would be helpful. Pricing is about the only area I think I will be ok on simply because I dont work cheap. Theres no £50 whole house carpet cleaning offered with me.
I will be looking to offer oven cleaning, window cleaning, etc but I will have to bring in third party individuals to do this work for now. So What is your thinking..........

Gabriel,

A very versatile, eco-friendly, non-toxic, odourless general cleaning product is Solution APC. This can be given even more grunt with their XR Hand Pads (Which can also be used without any added cleaning agent other than water).

For stone, tile and safety flooring the is Solution STS and a cleaner/sanitiser for both sanitary ware and food preparation surfaces there is Solution Solu-clear.

I have not tried it myself but have heard good reports on Solutions Stainless Steel Cleaner. For other metals, either Peek Multipolish or Solvall Autosol.

The 3 above are great so is bio degreaser which watered down can be used on most surfaces. There is significant differences between residential weekly and end of tenancy cleaning, landlords want cheap and quick cleaning they tend not to be to bothered about green cleaning as plenty of places are literally left bio hazards.
