Office Contract Forms

New Cleantalker
hi,
im after some advice and a bit of help, ive been cleaning an office for 10 years now, possibly more. how ever i never had a contract in place, as it was verbal, agree to what needed doing and ive never had one complaint, they always been happy with me, im always there when i say, never any problems with keys or alarm codes, how ever 12 months ago a huge world wide company had brought the office i do plus lots of others, how ever with all the changes people left as they hated the changes and some were redundant. so now 3 offices are rolled under 1 roof, so ok fair enough im still there doing twice as much work even with the new office guys in no complaints,
I received a call today from so and so, are there any contracts in place and what do i do in the building cleaning wise.
i returned with so am i loosing my job = erm possibly so im looking into cutting costs ill get back to you. i said well i hope you note that 10 years or working with them goes for me, not 1 complaint, so does anybody have any forms i can use and guide me.
and im not sure which thread this was to go in apart from help.

many many thanks

Sounds like you will be taken on by a facility's management company who is bidding on the contract for the whole uk offices of said company....
( like the one I work with )

They want you to prove what you do along with what it costs them for you to do it.

Best you can do is be honest with what u do
As there is no agreed contract with you, there is no guarantee that you will stay.

Sometimes it doesn't matter how good a job you do I'm afraid.

Is it your own equipment ?
Is it an hourly rate ?
Do you provide insurance for yourself ?
