Hi everyone, noobie alert we are a small cleaning company 'Up North' having only looked on this site properly in the last few days, it's seems great I am after a little advice of any one can help us please, we have been asked to quote for a property that has smoke range from a fire in the kitchen, the job is mainly cleaning smoke range from walls, ceilings, skirts etc, this is something we have never done before... any advice is welcome and very much appreciated, thank you in advance guys

Andy,

:welcome:

Solution Nitro contains a cationic surfactant which is ideal for dealing with soot and tars. Apply hot by sprayer and quickly spread over surface it breaks down the contamination effectively. When cleaning walls always work from the bottom up to avoid streak trails.

A sponge mop for spreading and rinsing will speed up the process rather than a hand-held sponge.

A high quality flat mop https://www.worldofclean.co.uk/flat-mop.html with telescopic handle in association with good quality microfibre cloths (https://www.worldofclean.co.uk/waffle-microfiber-floor-cloth.html ) is ideal as a finishing tool for walls and ceilings.

Allow for masking materials to protect cabinets etc. from drips.
